“The Pan-Armenian Youth Football Association (PAYFA) was founded in California by Armenian-Americans who wanted to combine their duty to their homeland, Armenia, with their passion for football. PAYFA’s goal is to encourage and support young players of Armenian descent in realizing their dreams of football as a potential professional career. Keeping this goal in mind, we will utilize as many of our personal and public resources as possible to identify talented young Armenian players. One of the key components of our mission is to help identify elite young Armenian players in the diaspora and present them to the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA),” reads the official PAYFA website.
